Traditional: Custom sizing in 1/16th inch increments, for width, height, and depth dimensions. Custom onlays, turnposts, corbels are available to create your own personal style.

Estate: Sizing in 3 inch increments offered for width and height. Custom onlays, turnposts, corbels are available to create your own personal style.

Case Construction is all plywood, ½” thick plywood sides, ½” thick plywood tops and bottoms, and ¼” backs. The interior surfaces are durable wood-grain birch vinyl. Matching hardwood finished interiors are available. Wall cabinet bottoms are made of maple veneered plywood that are stained or painted to match the cabinet exterior.

5/8” thick solid hardwood Dodd’s dovetail drawer boxes. Drawer boxes are 5/8” solid hardwood, dovetailed construction, ¼” Maple Plywood bottom with a slightly beveled top edge.  ½” drawer bottoms are available.

1/4” thick, matching toeboard overlays are shipped loose for field installation.

Face frames are constructed of ¾” X 1 ½” solid hardwood. Frames have a dado on the back for the cabinet housing to be glued and stapled in place.

Holiday Kitchens offers flush (square) inset and beaded inset frame construction in our Traditional line of cabinetry.  The beading on the face frame is an integrated, molded component of the face frame itself as opposed to a beaded molding commonly applied by many other manufacturers.
